Vinyl

At Poppi’s Prints, we strictly use only the highest quality vinyl materials made, this way you are assured that your design will be durable and last.
How is this done? The vinyl is cut into a pattern or design and applied onto a garment using a very specific pressure and temperature — a critical part of the customization process that seals the vinyl design on to the fabric.

Sublimation
So what is sublimation? Firstly, your design is printed onto a specialist transfer paper. It is printed as a mirror image, using specialist dye-sub inks. These are water-based inks that have less of an environmental impact than harsher chemical inks. After that, the transfer is lined up with the fabric, and a combination of heat and pressure are applied.
Sublimation printing is outstanding for fine lines, and details, and arguably one of the best methods for all-over printing.
